Dear Parents: Happy New Year and welcome back! We thank God for his love and protection upon all of us. Thank you for your best wishes and gifts during Christmas. School will resume on January 6th, 2025.

Catholic Schools Week -January 26 – February 2, 2025: The theme is “Catholic Schools: United in Faith and Community.” We celebrate academic excellence as well as the gifts and talents our students, the teachers, families, our community and nation. We celebrate the values and contributions of Catholic education to the society. There will be a closing Mass for the Catholic Schools Week on January 31, 2025 at 9:15 am. See the attached leaflet for the theme for each day.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day – NO SCHOOL: Monday, January 20, 2025 is Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Registration and Open House – February 1, 2025: It will be from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm and every Saturday at the same time. Please inform your friends and acquaintances with school age children about our school.

The Pre-K3, PK4 & Current Kindergarten Re-registration forms for the 2025- 2026 School Year:>/u> The Pre-K students’ registration form will be sent home on January 10th, 2025. The existing Pre-K students under 3 years will still register for Pre-K3; the 3 year olds will register for Pre-K 4. The Pre-K4 will register for Kindergarten. The Kindergarten students will register for First Grade. The registration forms and fees are due on Monday, January 29, 2025. Grade 1 to 3rd will receive their re-registration forms on the first week of February 2025.

Scholastic Book Fair January 27th– February 1st: We are going to have a Scholastic Book Fair for our students during the Catholic Schools Week. It will be an afternoon event from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. All Book Fair games, crafts & Book sale for children will be from January 27th to 29th. The rest of the days will focus solely on book sale. Please, we will need some volunteers to help out with crafts, games, and book sale. Please, contact Alicia Phipps if you are able to help.

Science Fair, Robotics Fair & Stems Fair for Grades K to 4th: It will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 12:30 pm. There are four categories to choose from: Life Science, Physical Science, Earth & Space Science, & Engineering. All the projects will be in school by February 10, 2025. The projects will be set up in the gym a day before and on February 11, the students will present their projects to their classmates and teachers. Parents are free to come. Each student will receive a certificate of participation. The projects will remain in the gym over the weekend and the parents are welcome to come and see the children’s projects.
