ExtraCurricular Activities<\/h4>\n

Extracurricular activities such as ballet and music offer students at all grade level the opportunity to develop and enhance their social skills and as well develop their unique talents and gifts that make them special. Through participation in Extra-Curricular activities, Sacred Heart Villa School strives to help each child develop his\/her physical, mental, moral and spiritual natures. Living in a competitive and information age, acquainting our students with the basic technology skills is essential to prepare them in fast changing technological world. <\/p>\n

\n Indoor Soccer: <\/span>This is an after-school activity that is open to all students in Pre-K to 5th Grade and is coached by the Gym Teacher. It is broken down into Pre-K \u2013 Kindergarten, Grades 1- 3rd Grade. \n <\/p>\n

This is either in the fall or spring and students learn basic rules as well as teamwork. <\/p>\n

\n \n Karate:<\/span> \n <\/span>Karate helps develop social and physical skills, as well as life-long habits of physical fitness and discipline. <\/span>Sacred Heart Villa School <\/span>offers Karate to students from Pre-K- 4th on Tuesdays from 3-4 pm.   <\/span>\n <\/p>\n

\n Ballet<\/span>:  Ballet is offered to students from Pre-K through 3rd. grade once a week during school period. The instructor comes from a school of classical ballet. In the Spring, there is ballet recital held at Sacred Heart Villa. Some of the students also participate in the Nutcracker presentation done by the Feder School of Classic Ballet (the Greater Niagara Ballet Company) in the Niagara Falls area, each year.\n <\/p>\n

\n Music: <\/span>Piano\/Voice Lesson Our School offers music for grades Pre-K to 3rd. Besides class music offered once a week, individual lessons on Piano and Voice are offered to students during school hours. Times are arranged by the Music teacher.
