Dear Parents:

Our Annual Candy Bar Sale will begin this September 9, 2022, the first week of school.  This is Gertrude Hawk Chocolate.  It is one of our 4 mandatory fundraisers, and each family is to participate.

Since COVID pandemic is still lingering around, we still suggest that instead of children going door to door to sell the candy bar, maybe each family can purchase one box of candy and the parents sell the candy bar at work. It worked out well when we did it last year.

There are 48 bars in each case. The candy bars will sell at $2.00 per bar or $3.00 for two (2) bars.  If you can sell more boxes, you can indicate the number of the boxes below.   Pre-K parents are asked to sign out the candy when you pick up your child.  The Pre-K teachers will assist you.  No candy will be sent home with Pre-K students.

Dependent on the total amount sold, the school can make 40% profit. So with your help this can be a very profitable fundraiser for your child’s school.

Please, send your money in the envelope provided, with the candy, as soon as you sell a box and place the child’s name on it so that it will be checked off for the right person.  Extra candy will be available at the school throughout the sale; however, we ask that money be turned in for outstanding candy before receiving extra candy.  Feel free to contact Sr. Grace at 284-8273 or Jamie Zuccaro at jamieannlegg@yahoo.com if you have any questions.
